How long till my order ships?

Store orders can take up to 72 hours to process. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number.

*NOTE: If the shipping address is different from the billing address there could be a delay in your shipment due to credit card company verification procedures. If shipping/billing addresses are different, please contact our office by telephone to place your order.

*NOTE: Please note when choosing expedited shipping options such as; Express Mail, 2day Air, or Overnight, shipping times are not guaranteed when severe weather affects certain areas and shipping charges will not be refunded for delivery delays due to weather or any other natural disasters or emergencies, which are beyond the shipping companies control.


Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping

Free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $50 USD. At checkout, be sure the “Free Shipping” option is selected. All eligible orders will be shipped with a 2-3 business day shipping time.

USPS Priority Free Shipping: (2-3 business days)

UPS Free Ground Shipping:
(2-3 business days East Coast)
(3-4 business days Central Zone)
(4-5 business days West Coast)


International Shipping Information

*NOTE: If you are going to visit the USA, we can ship any product to a US address with FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping. Some restrictions apply.

Glidecam Industries, Inc. is not responsible for import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or any other additional fees associated with your transaction, which are NOT included in Glidecam shipping charges. Such fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We suggest you contact your local government and freight carrier prior to purchase for additional information.

  • Customer is responsible for all local duties and taxes. If for any reason duties, taxes, and other fees are not paid by the customer resulting in a charge to Glidecam by the shipping company, Glidecam will charge the customer’s account for these fees. These fees also include, but are not limited to, brokerage fees.
  • Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.

Glidecam Return Policy

IMPORTANT: Before returning any product, please call 1-800-600-2011 for a return authorization number or contact us via email at info@glidecam.com.

Glidecam Industries, Inc has a 30 Day Return Policy on products purchased on our store website. Provided there is no product damage found after inspection, any refunds issued are for merchandise cost ONLY, minus a 10% Restocking Fee.  Please note: Glidecam does not reimburse for any shipping costs associated with the purchase or the return.
